LEARNING EVENT FINISHED

After two weeks of hard work the course got to an end. It has been very interesting, and I have learned a lot, both about web-2 tools and about collaborative learning when using these tools. There are still a lot of tools I want to explore, and I have got them here on my blog. I really want to recomend learning events like this one. You`ll meet a lot of teachers from anywhere in Europe, and you`ll discower new possibilities of network collaboration. Don`t hesitate, registrate yourself on the next course.

OUR MINDMAP

Valentina made an account on Bubbl.us and started the mindmap for our group 23. Then we followed her with new bubbles. It was not so difficult to figure out how to do it, but we got problems with the embedding code who did not appear when we asked for it. Maybe it is only the owner of the map who is allowed to do it. However, Valentina copied the code and posted it in our discussion document on Google Docs. I am used to Mindomo and had never tried Bubbl.us before. I like Mindomo better, but for simple tasks with the pupils I would choose Bubbl.us I think. I have put a link to a Mindomo Map in my Website List on the left. It is about Pedagogical approaches and I made it when I was studying E-teaching/E-moderating.

This is the project plan from Group 23. We did the discussion on Google Docs, and uploaded the project form there as well. I think Google Docs is a good tool for discussions, and specially when the members are using different font colours who make it easy to follow the discussion.
